How do I know this will actually work for my team?

Fair question. Before any work starts we review your intake form in detail and confirm exactly what we'll build and how. If after reviewing your setup we can't deliver what's in the package, you get a full refund within 48 hours, no questions asked. We don't take on projects we can't complete.

Which CRMs do you support?

We work best with the following platforms:
Follow Up Boss; Go High Level; HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, ActiveCampaign, LionDesk, Wise Agent.

Are there any CRMs you don't support?

A few platforms have closed ecosystems that make integration very difficult or impossible. We currently can't support:
kvCORE, BoomTown, Top Producer, Market Leader, CINC
If you use one of these, get in touch and we'll be honest about what's possible before you pay anything.

Do I need to have n8n already set up?

No. We handle everything from scratch, including helping you get n8n running if you don't have it yet. You don't need any technical knowledge going in.

How long does the setup take?

Most Starter setups are completed within 5–7 business days. Growth setups typically take 10–14 business days depending on complexity. You'll get a timeline confirmation after your intake form is reviewed.

What happens after the 30-day support window?

Your workflows keep running, they're yours and don't depend on us. If you want ongoing monitoring, updates, and improvements you can add our monthly retainer at any point. No obligation to do so.

What if my setup turns out to be more complex than expected?

We review your intake form before starting work. If we spot something that puts your project outside the package scope, we'll reach out to discuss options before proceeding, or issue a full refund within 48 hours if we can't make it work.

Why not just use my CRM's built-in automation?

Built-in CRM automations are generic templates designed to work for everyone, which means they're optimised for no one. Elvaris builds custom workflows around your specific lead sources, team structure, and market. You also own the workflow entirely, if you switch CRMs down the line, your automation comes with you. Generic templates stay behind.

How does this compare to platforms like CINC or BoldLeads?
